Raja's restaurant was the only Indian restaurant recommended by the WHICH Good Food Guide in 2006 and 2007. The restaurant was also voted one of the top 10 Indian restaurants in the UK by the Times Newspaper.
Raj's was founded by Bikram Pal Singh, a Sikh from North India back in 1983. Bikram started the Mandalay Indian Restaurant in 1979 and moved to Roundhay Road to set up Raja's.
