At Salvo's we take great care and pride in where we source our ingredients. We use local suppliers when we can and genuine Imported Italian products. Our local veg man David Barrett has supplied us for 30 years and still has a network of local growers. We import extra virgin olive oil directly from Puglia and our Pasta is from Gragnano Naples, the most well regarded region for pasta production in Italy.

We use real Italian mozzarella on our pizza and our mozzarella di Bufola from Latteria Sorrentina arrives fresh from Italy every week. Free range Eggs are from Cragg House Farm in Cookridge, Angus Beef and minced veal for the meatballs from Langthornes of North Yorkshire and our suckling pigs are naturally reared in Garstang, Lancs. Our main Butcher is Sykes House Farm in North Yorkshire and they supply us with locally reared beef, pork and lamb, they also source our free range chickens. All our cream and milk is supplied by Madely’s Dairies  from Grassington in the dales.
