Nicks Brasserie & Bar
Nick's Brasserie is a new restaurant based in the up and coming Riverside neighbourhood around Dock Street in Leeds. Nick Colley, the head chef, has worked as a chef for 12 years at restaurants such as Shears Yard and Live Bait, as well as Chapel Allerton's The Old Police Station, which is renowned county wide for its fantastic menu. Nick is now taking the brave step of opening his own Brasserie.
Although the menu is mostly British cuisine, there are some influences of fusions from around the globe, to keep it varied and exciting. A rolling capsule menu is changed regularly so that seasonal produce can be utilised and sourced locally in creating genuine culinary masterpieces.
