This is evident from the kitchen, where the team, under the watchful eye of Head Chef, Nick Donson, have a straightforward, uncompromising attitude and commitment to full, meaningful flavours, using the freshest produce from a team of local suppliers, both, on the expansive A La Carte menu and the innovative daily changing specials boards.
Compliment this with exceptional service from our loyal restaurant team, most of whom have been with us since the beginning, and you start to see that although classed as a neighbourhood restaurant, Salute is quite obviously so much more.
